When we have a call for a master or services, our manager will contact you first. Later, during the call, the problem, address and other information will be clarified, and after that, a master team will be appointed and sent directly to the address based on the call.

Repair works usually start from the moment our master team arrives at the address. Basically, the elimination of the problem or malfunction varies depending on the complexity of the work.

Any spare part of the repaired during the repair is completely original.

All repair work is covered by a written guarantee of up to 6 months.
